DONATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Altitudine Carpatica, a Romanian non-profit legal entity, headquartered at str. Tazlaului Nr 7e, Bacau, registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations under no. 3571/A/2025, having tax identification number 53069169, hereinafter referred to as the “Association”, provides the possibility to make online donations in support of its statutory purposes and activities.
Nature of the Donation
A donation represents a voluntary and unilateral act through which the Donor transfers a sum of money to the Association without requesting or receiving any consideration.
By making a donation, the Donor confirms that:

the donation is made freely and voluntarily;

the donated amount is not conditional upon receiving any direct or indirect benefit;

the donation does not represent payment for goods or services.
Use of Funds
The donated amounts will be used exclusively for achieving the Association’s mission and statutory objectives, in accordance with applicable law.
The Association reserves the right to allocate funds according to operational priorities, in line with its mission.
Payment Methods
Donations may be made through:

bank transfer;

online payment via an authorized payment processor;

other methods indicated on the website.
Payment is considered completed upon confirmation by the payment processor or issuing bank.
Refund Policy
Donations are, by their nature, non-refundable.
Refunds are possible only in the case of technical errors (e.g., duplicate transaction) and must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of payment by sending a written request to Altitudinecarpatica@gmail.com
Data Protection
Personal data of Donors is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.
Collected data is used exclusively for:

processing the donation;

issuing payment confirmation;

accounting records;

further communication, if the Donor provides consent.
Final Provisions
By completing the donation and checking the box “I accept the Terms and Conditions”, the Donor confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
